利用規約

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FaceHush mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use FaceHush on any device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Subscription and Billing

FaceHush offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly (US$0.99/month) or annual (US$9.99/year) basis and are processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The free tier includes feature limits (such as maximum video length, export resolution, and a watermark on exports) that are removed or raised with a Pro subscription, as described in the App and on our website.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
• Prices are in US dollars and may vary by country due to local store pricing.

3. Your Content

FaceHush processes photos and videos that you choose to import from your device's photo library. You retain full ownership of your photos and videos and any exported results. We claim no ownership over your content.

All photo and video processing occurs entirely on your device. Processed media and face data are never transmitted to our servers.
